Thereis no rhyme or reason as to if or why Content Manager decides the wheel will work. I lose anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes messing around with it every time I sit down to drive. Like some others here, I do not leave the wheel plugged into the PC when not playing AC, so that might be an issue.

BUTstart assetto as normal through steam, go make all the settings/options you can do in the game itself as you like them. Then close the game and do the "extra" settings in content manager. Not going to lie, CM is trash, i never use it, and i'd rather not use it. Plugins/mods that you have on CM will still load if you start assetto through steam.
