Make sure the coolant temperature reads 80 - 90 degrees when warm and driving as below this will stop regenerations. Resetting the DPF values is not recommended if your not certain the DPF isn't blocked and healthy and most likely caused the problems trying to regenerate as the car needs to see a learned value. T.
